Medipex Members Event: Sharing the Success of the Innovation Champion Network

The Yorkshire & Humber Innovation Champion Network has had a very active year and a number of successful events/initiatives. Particular emphasis has been placed on assisting Trusts to develop their innovation strategy and raise awareness with senior management.

We have worked intensively with three very different NHS organisations to look at how Innovation Champions can be key to uncovering/assessing new ideas and linking with senior management to align with their priorities and agendas. It is interesting to note that despite different structures in community, mental health and acute Trusts, there are many shared issues and interesting solutions that can create benefits for all.

This event will showcase the work of the ICN and we will hear presentations directly from Trusts who are realising the benefits of their involvement.
