Commercialisation support

When we have reached the stage of turning your idea in to a commercial reality we will probably have had a number of initial discussions with potential commercial partners, usually under a Confidential Disclosure Agreement, before identifying the ideal partner.

We will provide appropriate contract documentation and undertake all negotiations in order to obtain the best outcome. Throughout this process we will liaise with you and our contact at your Trust to ensure that you are involved and informed every step of the way. 

Contract-Negotiations

A summary of our key services include:

  • Identification of appropriate commercial partners, conduct of negotiations and drafting of all legal agreements (including the drafting and negotiation of intellectual property licenses)
  • Launch of new companies and joint ventures and providing advice on broader commercial developments
  • Policing of revenue agreements and payment of royalties
  • Marketing and PR to support the adoption of medical technologies through the Medipex communication channels and network
