Medipex provides health and wellbeing mentoring for SMEs

Medipex are delighted to be a partner on the AWRC Wellbeing Accelerator programme, which launched in April 2020, with many of our staff providing mentoring support to SMEs engaged on the programme.
The team at Sheffield Hallam University who are managing the scheme have done a fantastic job in already filling 3 cohorts of 5 start-ups each and managing to deliver the planned programme internationally, despite the ongoing pandemic. Medipex has been involved in some of the virtual coffee mornings that bring together SME founders with mentors from a variety of background, with everyone learning something from these exchanges. We have also had a number of 1:1 meetings with the founders of companies enrolled on the scheme, which have proved very informative and highlighted many synergies between our work with the NHS and what these companies are trying to achieve. We expect some fruitful collaborations and solid partnerships to emerge from this scheme, and wish Sheffield Hallam University and the companies enrolled on the scheme every success as the programme develops.
