NHS England supported CCG Innovation Leader Training Programme 2015

NHS England is providing 100 fully funded places to CCG members on the Innovation Skills Programme, with up to a further 20 places available to fee-paying participants from other NHS organisations if there is demand. It’s core content  is drawn from elements of the widely-recognised, CMI accredited, “Diploma in Innovation & Change Management” developed by NISW and Pera Training that has trained members of more than 30 NHS organisations across the South West  and helped them facilitate culture change, improve innovation practice and generate successful innovations in their home organisations.

The course will involve innovation and change theories, practical workshops, and development of an ongoing project that will deliver real benefit at participants “home” organisations. These activities will be supplemented by an extensive e-learning package using multi-media, interactive user-created content and networking capability to encourage collaboration/sharing of best practice.  It will be able to be accessed on any device to allow easy availability for personal learning at convenient times and there will be online “virtual” coaches/mentors as part of a countrywide peer to peer learning community.
