Registration for the next Innovation & Change Skills Training Programme closes on the 31st July 2015 (ILM CPD accredited)

The Innovation & Change Skills Training Programme is provided in recognition of the increasing need for effective innovation cultures to be embedded across organisations and networks as an essential step towards improving organisational innovation capability and capacity.  This will help to increase the number and quality of the innovations developed and implemented and help to ensure that they are adopted more rapidly and widely. It is aimed at all personnel within the NHS as well as allied organisations including social care who work to innovate and effect improvement and change.

The Innovation & Change Skills Training Programme is developed and delivered nationally across England by NHS Innovations South-West.  It is a "blended learning" programme consisting of three interactive "classroom" training workshops delivered approximately monthly over three and a half months supplemented by an extensive e-learning package using multi-media, interactive user-generated content, virtual coaching and an online learning community to encourage collaboration and sharing of best practice.

It will equip participants with well-proven practical tools and techniques to: understand and stimulate the behaviours that drive innovation; to identify challenges, develop and evaluate innovative ideas to address them; develop compelling business cases and engage others in change; and learn how to plan and successfully implement innovations and change programmes.

Applications will close on Friday 31 July and the training workshops will be run for groups of up to 30 people monthly for 3 months.

Full details of the programme can be found here.
