Do you have a great idea for a new medical product, (e.g. dvd, training packing, book, device, equipment etc)?
If you can answer YES to the following then please complete the downloadable Invention Disclosure Form (IDF) and submit to Medipex.
If you are NOT SURE about any of the answers or the answer is NO then email Medipex for advice before completing the IDF.
- Do you have a contract of employment with the NHS?
- Is your idea related to your job or improvement of healthcare in general?
- Are you the owner of the idea/person responsible for taking it forward?
I accept that my employer, NHS, under its Intellectual Property (IP) policy may have some ownership of my idea and I am willing to share my idea with the NHS.
Complete either the Invention Disclosure Form, the Copyright Disclosure Form or the Trademark Application Form and submit to Medipex.
